Community Meals | Age Well

The need is great, but together we can deliver.

Eligibility

Age Well Community Meals are open to anyone age 60 and over, and their spouse of any age, who complete a yearly registration form.

Forms are updated each fiscal year, which begins on October 1st.

Please note the instructions for reserving your spot at each site.

Suggested donation of $5 per meal. This suggested donation does not include gratuity.
