Medicare Counseling
Need help navigating health insurance? Are you approaching Medicare eligibility or have a loved one receiving Medicare benefits?
Age Well’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) offers free and confidential health insurance counseling.
Education & Training
We offer numerous training opportunities and engaging events to our clients, their caregivers, and our volunteers. With these events, our goal is to nurture Vermont’s aging population by providing valuable insights and support through our aging services.
Veteran Directed Care
A national, VA Administration Program, the Veteran Directed Care Program (VDC) provides an alternative to receiving care in a nursing facility. We collaborate with VDC to advise on veterans’ options for aging adult services, ensuring that they receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.
