Eligibility

Age Well Grab-and-Go Meals are open to anyone age 60 and over, and their spouse of any age, who completes a yearly registration form.

Forms are updated each fiscal year, which begins on October 1st.

Please note the instructions for reserving and picking up at each site.

Please arrive just before pick-up time to ensure meals go out quickly.

Suggested donation of $5 per meal.
