Strength & Striders is a program offered by MVP Health Care in partnership with Age Well. Classes are provided at no cost. Participants are welcome to join at any time during the program held on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 am through March 21st at St. Albans City Hall Auditorium. Registration can be done either in person or online at: mvphealthcare.com/calendar
