Menu:
May 7: Lasagna roll-up w/tomato & marinara meat sauce, vegetable blend, and strawberry cake
May 14: Chicken breast w/vegetable sweet-n-sour sauce, brown rice pilaf w/veggies and cannellini beans, brussel sprouts, wheat dinner roll, and pineapple
May 21: Roast beef w/sauce, diced potatoes w/parsley, green beans, wheat bread, and pumpkin craisin cookies
May 28: Cheese tortellini marinara w/parmesan & mozzarella cheese, green, wax, and black beans w/lemon glaze, wheat bread, and oranges w/cream
