We’re ALZ in this Together: Destigmatizing Dementia in South Burlington

Join Vermonters with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, family caregivers, service providers, Alzheimer’s Association staff, and community members to destigmatize dementia in South Burlington, Vermont.
We will start with a short program on the 10 warning signs of dementia. Following that we will have a group conversation about:
-What is it like to be diagnosed, live, and care for someone with Alzheimer’s or another dementia
-What services are available in Vermont and in your community
-Your ideas to make South Burlington more dementia friendly
-How you can get involved with the fight to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementias
-This event will follow their weekly service, which starts at 10:00 am. All are welcome, including those with dementia.
