60+ Senior Services Fair – May 2025
Are you interested in learning more about the various services available to older adults living in Addison County?
Join Age Well, in addition to many other service providers at the Middlebury VFW on Friday, May 2, from 11 am to 1pm. Service providers include:
- Addison County Home Health and Hospice and ACHHH Physical Therapy,
- RSVP – Retired Senior Volunteer Program of Addison and Rutland Counties
- Elderly Services, Inc (Project Independence, Adult Learning)
- Tri-Valley Transit
- and more!
Lunch will be available. If you would like lunch, please register by Tuesday, April 29 with Michelle Eastman, Nutrition & Wellness Coordinator for Addison County, at [email protected] or 802-337-1419. If you are interested in attending the services fair, but don’t want lunch, there is no need to register.
Menu: Cheesy scalloped potatoes with diced turkey, California blend vegetables, roll, pumpkin cake and milk.
$5 suggested donation.
