Eligibility-
Age Well Sit Down Meals are open to anyone age 60 and over, and their spouse of any age, who completes a yearly registration form. Forms are updated each fiscal year, which begins on October 1st.
Registration must be completed the Wednesday prior to pick-up. Please contact Michelle Eastman at 802-377-1419 to register.
Advanced reservations only. Must reserve 4 days in advance by calling Michelle Eastman at 802-377-1419. Seats are limited.
All participants must register with Age Well and can do so at the meal site.
Meal donations
Suggested donation of $5 per meal.
