Eligibility
Age Well Grab-and-Go Meals are open to anyone age 60 and over, and their spouse of any age, who completes a yearly registration form. Forms are updated each fiscal year, which begins on October 1st.

Please arrive just before pick-up time to ensure meals go out quickly.
