Calling All Grandmothers: Storytelling, Plant Knowledge, & the Wisdom of our Elders

Join us for an evening of honoring the histories, lessons and wisdom of grandparents and grandparent-like figures. The evening will feature storytelling, poetry and a plant talk
exploring what it means to pass information down through generations.

This community event is open to all ages and experiences with grief, nature and connections to those who came before us.

Guest Speakers: Shawn Corey of Burlington Arcana and Alicia Daniel of the Vermont Master Naturalist Program.

Keynote Speaker: Ferene Paris Meyer of All Heart Inspirations

A generous grant from the BCA Community Fund will allow us to donate 100% of the ticket sales to the CORE Adult Center and Age Well to support transportation, programming and meals for older adults in our community.

A suggested $10-15 entry to the event will also include an invitation on Cato &
Company wildflower seed paper, and a floral-inspired cupcake from Blue House Bake Shop.
